One week after American and British force invaded Iraq, I followed the Red Crescent to go to Safwan, a small town near Kuwait-Iraq border. The town was just several miles to the city Umm Qasr, where fierce battle had been taken place in the passing days. The job of Red Crescent on that day was to dispatch the refuge materials to be-occupied area where residents had been cut down food and water for several days.
