The zip code won't go through.

 

Please make sure that you are only inserting numbers into this box apart from UK and Canada postcodes which have a mix of numbers and letters. For example:-

  • D-10399 (Germany) would just be inserted as 10399
  • CA90210 (USA) would just be inserted as 90210

If you have a long USA postcode, e.g. 90210-1234, please just insert the first 5 digits.

Ireland does not have postcodes, please type n/a. If you are still encountering problems, please contact the post room as we will try to trace it for you.

If the country you sending it to has no form of zip code or post code please type n/a in the section provided for the code.

I haven't got a phone number and it won't go through.

Please enter 000 for the address to go through if you haven't got a phone number.

I need to send my item by 12 noon next day guaranteed.

For some countries in Europe, you maybe able to get your item delivered before 12 noon guaranteed, but beware it will cost more. To enter an item as an EXPRESS 12 item, please go to the Shipment details Tab after entering the address, click on the raised box 'DHL services' and select the option available. If there is no

EXPRESS 12 option then means DHL won't be able to get the item to that country by 12 noon.

I need to edit my item address; do I need to start again?

No need to start from scratch but you can only edit your item if it hasn't already been collected by DHL. Go to your shipment list overview page where your item will be listed. Click the bold number on the left hand side. Then you will see edit below the address. Click on edit and edit your address. The airway bill number will stay the same but you will have to press save/print then print to print out new sheets. Destroy the incorrect sheets and bring the new sheets over to the post room as normal.

What paperwork do I bring over to the post room?

Please bring over your item, all printed sheets that came out of your printer and one courier request form per day, with all the airway bill numbers listed.

When is the last possible time I can bring my completed item and paperwork over to the post room?

 

In term time please bring over the items by 4.45pm, out of term time by 4.30pm latest.
