Health and safety training courses

The LSE provides general health and safety on-line training for all staff on the following topics: General Health and Safety Introduction, Fire Safety Awareness, Use of Display Screen Equipment (and workstation risk assessment), Manual Handling, Stress Management, and Personal Safety. There is more information on all these modules and how to access the on-line training at Complywise.

The Health and Safety Team also arranges a number of taught courses, some of which are open to all members of the LSE community, such as Safe Posture and Avoiding RSI, others might relate to a particular function someone has such as First Aider or Fire Warden, or which are a requirement of the job you do, such as manual handling or working at height. We also provide training for Health and Safety coordinators, managers and supervisors.

Health and Safety courses now appear and can be booked on the LSE's Training and Development system. If you cannot find the course you are interested in, or have problems making a booking, please contact Health.and.Safety@lse.ac.uk
