Terms of reference

 Investments Committee Terms of reference

1. to be responsible for general policy governing the investment of School funds and all funds that the School holds on trust, and to tender advice to the Council and its officers on any matters relating to investments referred to the Committee.
2. to annually review the School's Investment Policy and Strategy;
3. to appoint Investment Advisers to assist the Committee in the establishment of investment portfolio asset allocation benchmarks, tolerance bands, and Investment Management Funds;
4. to prepare reports for the Finance Committee, and where appropriate the Council, when major changes in investment policy are being considered and an annual report for the Finance Committee.
