At particularly busy times of the year, and during registrations weeks, you may find that all our lines are engaged and that email is more efficient.
We answer most email enquiries within 3-5 business days. During the Registration period replies will take longer.
We are available at the Student Service Centre daily between 2.00pm and 3.00pm. No appointment needed. All staff regularly manage all sorts of situations. Very occasionally a complicated problem may need you to have another appointment with a manager. You can also phone the office to request a booked appointment.
