Financial Systems

The Financial Systems team are responsible for the development and maintenance of the School’s financial systems. This also includes providing financial information for budget holders, providing training of financial systems and developing interfaces between the financial system and other internal and external sources.

Keith Adams (FCCA)- Systems Accountant

Financial Systems

• Aptos 9, the school’s main financial system; The team oversee new modules, upgrades, interfaces and reporting
• eShop (eshop.lse.ac.uk; see also Introduction to LSE eShop / Online Store)
• Document scanning for purchase invoices
• Online payment systems (Western Union and Worldpay)
• Processing of IDNs (Internal Debit Notes)
