Interfaith Buddies Scheme
Want to make new friends on campus? Want to learn more about other people’s beliefs? Interested in Interfaith conversation? Join the LSE Interfaith Buddies scheme! After an initial meeting we connect you with 2 or 3 other students of different faiths and backgrounds.
We set you a question to set up and discuss in one of the catering outlets on campus. Then it's over to you to talk and listen. Open to people of any faith and none – drop us a line if you’re interested! firstname.lastname@example.org
We are all human: Interfaith Perspectives on Troubled Times – Monday 13th October 6-7.30pm @ the Faith Centre
This summer has seen violent inter-religious conflict in several parts of the world and many of our students are directly effected. LSE needs to be a place that does not import conflict, but exports peace. Join us for an open discussion about the possibilities for interfaith dialogue and mutual understanding in today’s world.
Orientation Fair and Freshers Fair 2014!
The Faith Centre will be represented at these freshers week activities, and we’re looking forward to welcoming our new students. Do come along and say hello, and ask any questions you have about forthcoming events and activities this term.
As well as regular services and observances (see Diary for details) the Faith Centre takes part in events such as Interfaith Week and the Christmas Day service at Westminster Cathedral.
