Initiatives

• LSE actively supports the Cycle-to-Work scheme to help staff who want to buy a bike via the tax-free salary-sacrifice scheme operated by 'Cyclescheme'.

• A state-of-the-art video conferencing suite enables staff to hold meetings and media interviews across the globe without needing to leave campus.

• In 2013, LSE installed two bike maintenance stands, allowing LSE cyclists to fix their own bikes.

 

 

• We are continuously improving our campus bike-parking facilities; check out the Facilities Guide for more information.

• We hold free 'Dr Bike' maintenance workshops during the year and we have also hosted several free Cycle Confidence Training sessions to improve staff and students' awareness and confidence on the roads.
