Income and investment

Income-and-Investment 

Objective

We will consider ethical, social, environmental and governance factors in investment decisions.

Initiatives

The School’s Ethics Code and Socially Responsible Investment Policy ensure the environmental and social sustainability of the School’s income and investment practices.  

The Socially Responsible Investment Policy was reviewed in November 2015 in consultation with LSE students and staff, and commits the School to reducing its investment in coal and tar sands, as well as tobacco and indiscriminate armaments.  A statement on this issue is available here.
