A planning application was submitted to Westminster City Council in December 2014

Planning permission was received on 8 April 2015

Existing buildings fully vacant by end of Summer term 2015

Demolition started end of Summer term 2015

New building is expected to be finished late 2018

Demolition is expected to take approximately 35 weeks/nine months starting in July 2015.

There will be pre-demolition works to the buildings once they are empty to strip out any fixtures and fittings that can be reused or recycled.
Cantillon have been appointed as the demolition contractor and Mace Group as the main construction contractor . They will both provide more detail on the programme and implementation plans as the project progresses and this information will be passed on to the School.
