Maintenance request terms and conditions

By using the service request form to request maintenance support you agree to the terms and conditions as set out below:

The web acknowledgement you receive at the end of the request process is for your information only. It does not constitute a formal agreement for your request to be fulfilled by Estates.  

While all service requests are scrutinised, the decision to accept your request will be determined by the Help Desk and maintenance supervisors. This filtering process is essential due to the high volume of service requests received on a daily basis and to assess feasibility of the work requested.

When you receive email notification concerning your request, detailing job number and time frame for completion, this constitutes a formal agreement between you, the requestor, and Estates for work to be carried out.

A record of every submission and decisions relating to them are kept and maintained by the Help Desk.
