In order to improve the communication with our customers and provide regular updates about the Estates Facility Management, the Customer Services Manager Jas Sidhu has produced an internal newsletter aimed at providing regular information to subscribing LSE staff and regular users of Help Desk.
The publication is designed to be entertaining as well as informative and has a number of features including updates on small projects and works, staff profiles, statistics on performance and feedback and any other news that might be of interest.
