Cleaning criteria

Cleaning will be carried out between Monday and Friday from 06:00 - 08:30

Within term time

1. See schedule specified below

 

Floors to be cleaned

Monday

Common areas and offices on 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th Floors

Tuesday

Common areas and offices on 1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th  Floors

Wednesday

Common areas and offices on 8th, 9th, 10th and 11th Floors

Thursday

Common areas and offices on 1st, 3rd, 4th, 6th and 7th  Floors

Friday

Deep clean common areas (whole building except Medical Centre areas)

2. Cleaned daily (Mon to Fri) are common areas which are defined as, but not lmited to:

  • kitchenettes
  • corridors
  • rest rooms
  • public meeting rooms
  • event areas
  • main staircases
  • toilets/washrooms/shower rooms
  • external areas.

3. Cleaned daily (Mon - Fri) evenings after 6pm:

  • BOX (TW3 5th floor conferencing suite)

4. Fire Exit Stairs: Cleaned twice a week and checked on a daily basis

5. There is a weekday (Mon-Fri) janitorial provision between 9:00am- 5:00pm.

Outside term time

6. Periodic work scheduled by Estates and by request by department
