Cleaning criteria

Cleaning will be carried out between Monday and Friday from 06:00-08:30

Within term time

1. See schedule specified below

  Floors to be cleaned
Monday Deep clean of common areas and general clean of toilets (whole building)
Tuesday Common area and toilets (whole building), 1st, 2nd, 7th and 8th Floors (Office space only)
Wednesday Common area and toilets (whole building), 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Floors (Office space only)
Thursday Common area and toilets (whole building), 1st, 2nd, 7th and 8th Floors (Office space only)
Friday Common area and toilets (whole building), 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th Floors (Office space only)

2. Cleaned daily

  • Common Areas (Common areas are defined as: kitchenettes, corridors, rest rooms, computer rooms and main stair cases), 
  • Catering facilities
  • Toilets
  • External areas.

3. Fire Exit Stairs: Cleaned twice a week and checked on a daily basis

Outside term time

1. Periodic work scheduled by Estates and by request by department
