The Estates Division has embarked on an ambitious programme to transform our campus and buildings into a world class estate that truly reflects our internationally recognised standing. One vital ingredient of this is to ensure that existing and new facilities are maintained in good order.
We want to work with our LSE customers to ensure that urgent faults are attended to promptly, and in order to do this we need to know about them. If you see a fault or defect with any facility on campus please report it in one of the following ways:
via Departmental Manager/departmental administrator
by contacting the Estates Help Desk directly
by reporting an out-of-hours fault via LSE Security
by reporting to any member of Estates staff
