Disclosure and confidentiality

If you have disclosed a disability, dyslexia or neurodiverse condition, medical condition or other specific need in the application process, LSE is obliged to respect your right to confidentiality. Confidentiality is required under the Data Protection Act 1998 which categorises such information as "sensitive".

Information regarding your disability or condition will only be given out with your permission and on a "need to know" basis once you start your course, and this is outlined in Disclosing your Disability or Condition
