These are two very powerful ways to publicise your LSE event.
Events website
Anyone at LSE can submit listings of their events taking place on the LSE campus and they'll appear in our searchable events diary on the LSE Public Lectures and Events website All you have to do is submit the Send us details of your forthcoming events form and we do the rest. The LSE Events website gets thousands of hits from both inside and outside LSE so it's an effective and easy way to give your events a push. Please note, we require at least seven working days to process an event listing.
Events leaflet
The LSE distributes around 35,000 copies of the event leaflet at the start of each term to promote events in the public events programme (public lectures, debates, discussions, music concerts). If you want your event included please complete the Combined Application Form - Events Leaflet, Events Website, PLP. Please note the purpose of the leaflet is not to contain details of everything happening at LSE, and due to limitations of space we are only able to include events taking place in the larger lecture theatres on campus. These are: Peacock Theatre, Old Theatre, Sheikh Zayed Theatre,Hong Kong Theatre and Wolfson Theatre. Events that are included in the leaflet are automatically uploaded to the events website.
Upcoming leaflet deadlines:
Michaelmas Term 2016 - Tuesday 26 July 2016
Lent Term 2016 - Tuesday 1 November 2016
