Room Booking Information Form

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

In order to confirm a room booking we require all the following information to be submitted via this form. However, you do not need to complete the form as soon as you book the room, especially if you don't have all the information the form requests.

If you submit an incomplete form you will be asked to resubmit it once you have all the required information.

You are required however to submit a complete form no later than 10 working days in advance of the event. Failure to do so will result in the automatic cancellation of your booking. Once a booking has been cancelled it will not be reinstated.

Gender segregation is not permitted in any academic meetings or at events, lectures or meetings provided for students, or at events attended by members of the public or employees of the university or the students’ union.
