SU Society room booking information
The LSE Students Union has an active community of over 150 Student Societies. Once your LSE SU Society has registered with the SU and elected your officers then 3 of these officers can register for room booking privileges.
If you would like to use a room on campus for your Annual General Meeting in order to elect the society officers then please see the link below.
Registering for Room Booking privileges

Successfully complete the compulsary on-line training provided by the Students Union Arc Staff team.

Read and agree to the SU Room Booking Agreement, submit the form to Room Bookings, lse.roombookings@lse.ac.uk The form allows you to provide names of up to 3 nominated room bookers for your society – (each person needs to complete the online training).

Once all of the information has been recieved the Room Bookings Team will set up the 3 nominated Society Officers with room booking privileges and provide details on how to use the booking system.
Please note when you submit the form you are agreeing to the terms and conditions included in the agreement, if you or another officer in your society breaks these terms and conditions then your room booking privileges can be withdrawn and all room bookings for your society cancelled.
