The 2012 LSE China Conference took take place in Beijing on 9 August 2012.
The conference addressed a range of issues of interest to business, government and non-government sectors, discussing economic development and the markets, and how growth should be managed for the benefits of society, in general.

! August 2012 - Due to the high demand to attend this conference, all registrations after the 1 August will be placed on a waiting list and notified by 7 August if they have a place to attend the conference
25 May 2012 - One of China's leading sociologists, Prof. Ma Rong, accepts invitation to participate in the 2012 LSE China Conference.
18 May 2012 - Hilton Hotel, Beijing will host the 2012 LSE China Conference and also the 2012 LSE Graduation in China.
16 May 2012 - Registration to attend as a delegate is now open. LSE alumni complete the alumni registration form, while non LSE alumni can submit a request to attend.
