LSE currently holds careers fairs, on an annual basis in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. The School's overseas fairs in the region began with Beijing in 2006. The careers fairs are usually held in late August each year. Around 30-35 major global companies participate in the fairs, with the addition of leading local and regional companies.
In more recent years, LSE also operates local Career Forums, which are advisory sessions led by experienced LSE alumni sharing their advice and experiences with more recent LSE graduates. If you are interested in hosting similar events in your city, do get in contact with us.
The Careers fairs are open to all LSE alumni, and soon-to-graduate LSE students, usually with 0-2 years of work experience. These are invitation only events. All interested LSE students and alumni need to submit their CV and request permission to attend. All companies participating receive a booklet of CVs in advance of the fairs.
LSE students and alumni interested in the 2016 Careers Fairs in Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong need to log-in to their LSE Careers account, while potential employers interested in having a stand at the fairs can find further details here.
