IT Self-Study Sessions and Resources

During Michaelmas and Lent terms IT Training offer self-paced, student-supervised workshops on a range of Microsoft Office 2010 tools.

Self-paced student-supervised workshops allow you to:

  • Book a session at a time and date that works with your schedule. At least 25 sessions are available each week during term time.
  • Work at your own pace.
  • Focus on the topics or issues that are most relevant to you.
  • Get assistance from a trained Student Training Advisor when questions arise.

You can also download our course materials for self-study in your own time.

Gain IT skills by engaging with real world problems. These IT sessions flip traditional training on its head by presenting learners with the problem to be solved and encouraging them to use their prior experience, real-world problem solving tools, and their fellow students or colleagues to find the solutions.
