Student Information System Upgrade

The annual Student Information System (SITS) upgrade will take place this year from 4pm on Friday 8 April until midnight on Sunday 10 April 2016.

Each year we upgrade SITS to ensure we are running and providing the latest version of the software. 

For the duration of the upgrade, SITS, LSE For You and other systems linked to SITS will be unavailable.

  • Estates Helpdesk notifications

  • Library Phoenix and Self-Registration systems
  • Student printing service
  • Telecoms Oracle screens
  • VIP system
  • Maximiser/Student Relate
  • Office Hours application
  • PHD Log
  • Short Courses application
  • LSE For You including:
    • Address Maintenance
    • Exam candidate numbers
    • Exam results
    • FAQ system
    • Fees
    • Newsfeeds
    • Online registration
    • Payslips
    • Photoboards
  • SITS Student Records System, including:
    • SITS Client
    • Graduate Admissions application form and referees portal
    • Summer School application form
    • General Course application form and referees portal
    • Financial Support Office applications
    • SITS eVision: Tutor Allocation Screen, SSC Advice and reception logging system, Automated Enrolment Operations and all other tasks available through eVision staff portal
