Changing passwords for LSE VPN

Laptops and home machines running windows XP/windows7

In most cases you should be prompted to enter your new password (even if you configured LSE VPN to save your original password) when you try and make a connection.

Ensure that your credentials are:

Username: LSE\yourusername
 Password: New password

If you don't use LSE as the prefix then put LSE into the Domain box.

Macbooks

  1. Go to System Preferences.
  2. Double click Network.
  3. Select the LSE VPN connection.
  4. Click Authentication Settings and change your password and click Apply.
