How do I transfer a call?

To transfer a call to another extension within the School:

  1. Tell the caller you are about to transfer them
  2. Press the Recall button to receive a dial tone
  3. Dial the number of the extension you wish the call to be forwarded to
  4. When the person answers the call, inform them you have a call for them and hang up
  5. If the extension you dialled is busy or not answered you may return to the original caller by pressing Recall *1
