How do I make an enquiry call to another member of staff while I have a caller on hold?

This allows you to place a caller on hold while you make some enquiries from a member of staff elsewhere in the School.

  1. Tell the caller to hold
  2. Press the Recall button to receive a dial tone
  3. Dial the number of the extension you wish the call to be forwarded to
  4. When the person answers the call, make the necessary enquiry
  5. To reconnect the original caller press Recall *1
