How do I forward all calls to my phone to another number?

To forward all calls to your phone to another number:

1. Pick up your handset and dial #9 followed by the number to which you wish your calls to be forwarded (to forward to voicemail dial #988)
2. Replace your handset
3. All calls will now be forwarded

When you want to receive calls at your number, lift the handset and dial ##9
