How much data can I use and what happens if I go over my limit?

Where data downloaded in a month exceeds the limits of a data add-on plan, then the excess data will be charged at the Out of Bundle rate. You can continue to use data services after reaching the financial cap but if Orange considers the usage to be excessive, Orange reserves the right to restrict access for the remainder of that billing cycle, and to migrate the user to a more appropriate service plan if excessive usage continues.

The following table is a guide only. A 500MB data bundle will allow either:

Download

500MB

Emails without attachments

50,000

Emails with a Powerpoint presentation attached (eg 500K)

1,000

Emails with photos attached (eg 1MB photo)

150

Web pages (eg 200K)
