Help and support
Although LSE Mobile is available to all, we can only offer help and support to LSE staff and students. If you require help, please contact us using your LSE email address.
Why does LSE Mobile ask me for my login details twice?
LSE Mobile will ask you for login details when you use the app for the first time. This is required should you change your device. Please do not use your LSE network password at this stage. You will be prompted for your LSE network password the first time you access authenticated services such as your course timetable or the LSE Directory.
Can I synchronise my LSE Mobile timetables with native calendar applications on my mobile device?
Currently it is not possible to do this. You can still configure your LSE Outlook calendar, emails and contacts to your mobile device. See Email Online Guides and FAQs for guidance on how to do this.
Why doesn't the LSE Mobile course timetable show me all my classes?
As the courses you see are limited to those displayed in LSE For You, classes for taught graduate students will only be displayed where the department uses online seminar sign-up, or where they have been centrally allocated by Timetables.
Who do I contact if I need help?
