Modifying your DNS configuration settings:

Windows 2000/XP

NB: This section is only necessary when connecting from outside the LSE domain.

Back to Outlook 2002 configuration|

1. Close all other Windows 2000 programs.

2. Click on the Start button on the Windows 2000 taskbar. Then on the Start menu, highlight Settings and in the Settings menu click on Control Panel.

3. In the Control Panel window, double-click on the Network and Dial-up Connections icon.

4. Double click the connection you use to connect to the internet from home and click on the properties button. Now select the 'Networking' tab. 
The Network dialog box will be displayed.

5. Highlight TCP/IP in the Network Components list and then
click on the Properties button.

6. Click on the Advanced button.

7. Select 'Append these DNS suffixes' and click on Add. Enter and click on Add. If necessary, use the up and down arrows to move the lse entry to the top of the list.

8. Click OK  to go back to the desktop.
