Introduction
When you are using Outlook at LSE, you are reading and managing messages which are held in a storage area known as your Mailbox.
Now you have been migrated to Office365 which includes a 50GB mailbox you may wish to import your archived emails back into your Mailbox.
You can still work with you archived exactly the same way you worked prior to being migrated to Office365.
Adding Archived email back to your Mailbox

In Outlook click on the File tab

Click Open | Import

Select Import from another program or file

Click Next

Select Outlook Data File (.pst)

Click Next

Click Browse and locate the archive file you would like to add back to your Mailbox.

Select Replace duplicates with items imported

Click Next

Select Outlook Data File

Check Include Subfolders

Select Import items into the same folder in:

Click the drop down list and select your email address

Click Finish

Outlook will then start to copy your Archived email back into your Mailbox.
Please note: The copying process may take some time depending on the size of your Archive.
