Connecting to LSE Workspace

Workspace.lse.ac.uk is a portal service allowing access to various LSE based applications and services from both on and offsite. This service is available to all staff and students and can be accessed from a wide range of devices. Instructions for each can be found on this page.

Accessing Workspace

You can access Workspace through the web, on a PC, or Mac, or on iOS and Android phones via the app. Depending on how frequently you use the service, you can access Workspace using one of the following means:

  • Web access – If you don't use Workspace often, you can log in through a web browser. This will require you to log in each time you access Workspace.

  • PC/Mac Download – IMT recommend that frequent Workspace users download the desktop client, which provides a more responsive interface than the web client.

  • iPad /Android App – To access Workspace from a mobile device you will need to install the vWorkspace app. Access via a browser is not supported on mobile devices.

Workspace can be accessed via an internet browser. If accessing Workspace via the web, you will be asked to enter your LSE username and password each time you log in.
