Staff, students and alumni of the LSE can reset forgotten LSE network passwords if they are able to answer a couple of security challenges correctly. The instructions below will help you to set up your own security questions.
To set up your security questions:
1. Log in to LSE for You|
2. Click on Account Management | Update Security Questions
3. Enter a personal security question and answer, a memorable date, and your current LSE network password
4. Click on the Submit button
If you forget your password, you can go to LSE For You| and click on the Forgot username or password link on the login screen. This will take you to a page where you can start the process to reset your password.
