Information Management and Technology provides help, advice and guidance for all IT related issues to all staff and students throughout the school.

Laptop Surgery

The Laptop Surgery| provides free advice and hands-on assistance with connecting personal laptops and mobile phones to LSE IT resources both on and off-campus

 

Staff and Research Postgraduates

Staff and research postgraduates can contact the IT Service Desk| for desktop support of School-owned hardware and software, network and email account issues and general IT queries.

 

IT Help Desk

Taught students can contact the IT Help Desk| in the Library for support regarding school-owned hardware and software on the LSE network, network and email account issues and general IT queries.

 

Staff and students with disabilities

IMT is committed to the provision of facilities and support for students and staff with disabilities. We aim to offer support that meets individual requirements using equipment or computer software called Assistive Technology. For further information, see Accessibility| on the IMT website.

 

News, updates and publications

Information Management and Technology details any current or future issues with IT via the Twitter feed|. We also display information on the plasma information screens around the School and provide a range of publications| to keep you informed.

 

IT Support in LSE Residences

During term-time, a part-time IT Advisor is available for support to students in residences. The IT Advisor also maintains the hall computer room. Please note that this excludes Anson Road and intercollegiate residences. IT Advisors can be contacted via it.helpdesk@lse.ac.uk|
