SU Society Meeting Request Form

Student Societies need to complete this form in order to request a room for their Annual General Meeting of the 2014/15 academic year if they do not already have their officers in place for the coming academic year.

The conference and events office will process these requests as soon as rooms are released to them by the timetables office once the schedule for academic teaching has been completed which will be in the late summer.

If a society already have their officers in place for the 2014/15 academic please see Student Societies| for details of how to get room booking privileges.

Until societies have completed the registration process with both the School and the SU after their first meeting and been set up to use the room booking system then they are not permitted or able to make any further bookings.
