Rooms are automatically cleaned overnight from Monday to Thursday. During the day however they can collect a lot of rubbish (coffee cups and the like) from other users. Usually the easiest thing to do for an evening event is just take five minutes to clear up the room before your event starts. If you wish to make arrangements with Estates for a special clean of a room for a high profile event then please email firstname.lastname@example.org, there may be cost implications for this service.
Rooms are not cleaned from Friday morning until Monday morning. Therefore if your room booking is between Friday morning and Sunday night then the room will not be automatically cleaned. If you want your room to be cleaned then you will need to get contact email@example.com. There is a charge for weekend cleaning even for School events, the cost is determined by the size of the room.
