LSE Annual Fund 2016/17
The LSE Annual Fund raises unrestricted funds from alumni and friends for the discretionary use of the School. Raised funds support the changing needs of the School, and strategic priorities and projects that might not otherwise receive funding for students and faculty. Donations received help provide financial support to students through scholarships and bursaries, develop world class facilities, transform the student experience and enhance teaching and research initiatives.
Over the past year the Director’s Management Team and LSE Advancement conducted a review of all fundraising activity at the School. One key outcome of this is that applications from LSE students to the Annual Fund will now be administered by the LSE Students’ Union and not LSE Advancement. Details of this new application process can be found at http://www.lsesu.com/annualfund/ and the SU will be taking student initiative applications from Michaelmas term 2016.
