Organisation presentations
9:00am - 6:00pm in New Academic Building and Old Theatre (see full schedule below)
Most employers attending IOD will give two 75 minute presentations and question-and-answer sessions. The full presentation schedule is below.
Lecture theatres will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis through the day. Try and arrive early to give yourself the best chance of getting a seat.

If there isn't space at a talk don't worry - almost all organisations are giving two presentations and most presentations are recorded and will be available to delegates after the event.
During the day most of the delegates will have information stands on the lower ground floor of the New Academic Building.
Top tips

Dress comfortably
Some of the lectures theatres can get quite hot.

Travel light
There are no cloakroom facilities available.

Food and drink
Bring a bottle of water. You can fill it up at water fountains on campus and there are cafes open nearby throughout the day.

Research organisations in advance
Some presentations can reach capacity on the day so it’s a good idea to know which presentation you want to see beforehand and arrive early. All of the presentations are recorded and will be made available to delegates after the event.

Know what to expect
Attending IOD may not result in job offers but should help you to learn more about the types of organisations attending.

Be considerate
Don’t leave in the middle of a presentation. This is disruptive to the presenter and other delegates.
