About me

Jacklyn is from Montreal, Canada. She completed her BA in Political Science at McGill University and MPhil in International Relations at the University of Oxford. Her research focuses on the trajectory of dual-key nuclear weapons sharing arrangements, as well as why states renege on commitments in institutionalised settings.
