Karen Greenberg and Philippe Sands discuss the issues facing the Obama Administration as it grapples with the consequences of President Bush's 'global war on terror', interrogation practises and other detainee issues, including issues of investigation and criminal liability.
Karen Greenberg is executive director of the Center on Law and Security, New York University. This event celebrates her new book The Least Worst Place: how Guantanamo became the world's most notorious prison.
Philippe Sands is professor of law and director of the Centre on International Courts and Tribunals in the Law Faculty at UCL.
