This joint report from the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment, University of Oxford and the Swedish Energy Agency highlights the critical role that finance ministries must play in the low-carbon energy transition and outlines 10 recommendations for how they can make it faster and fairer. The report was written by experts at the Smith School and London School of Economics with help from civil servants from the Ministries of Finance in Sweden, Finland and the UK.
