Éléonore is a member of the policy team and provides research support to Professor Stern.

Background

Prior to joining the Grantham Research Institute, Éléonore worked as a Policy and Parliamentary Affairs Officer at the Environmental Services Association where she was responsible for policy on energy and climate change. In this role she led the development of the recycling and waste management industry’s net zero strategy. She also raised the profile of the industry in Parliament and engaged political stakeholders in all areas of resources and waste policy.

Éléonore holds an MPA in Public and Economic Policy from the London School of Economics, and a dual bachelor degree in Law and Economics from the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
