Michael Grubb is Professor of International Energy and Climate Change Policy at University College London, (Institute of Sustainable Resources), editor-in-chief of the journal Climate Policy, and Senior Advisor on Sustainable Energy Policy to the UK Energy Regulator Ofgem.
