In this panel discussion we will discuss the role that litigation and the courts can play in the fight against climate change. We will consider some of the claims and the reasons why they have succeeded or failed\, and by doing so we aim to answer the question: are the courts able to address the lack of progress made by their governments in tackling climate change?
This event is free to attend with no ticket or pre-registration required. Seats are allocated on a first come first served basis.
