Biography

Dr Mark Hill is a political theorist and historian of political thought. Mark received his BA from Concordia University in Montreal, his MSc from the LSE, and DPhil from the University of Oxford, where he wrote a dissertation on the ideas of founding and re-founding political regimes in thought of Jean-Jacques Rousseau.
