Important note: If you use the data provided here for your own research, please provide full and correct citation to the article of mine where you have the data from. You need to open the data in STATA and then run the do-file. To be successful you may have to increase memory allocated to STATA and matsize. You may also have to amend certain paths in the do-files to existing folders on your computer. Time permitting, I hope to add further datasets in future.
