Email: l.yang10@lse.ac.uk
Lin has an MSc in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a BSc in Economics from University College London.
Research Interests
Lin’s research examines the quantification and aggregation of multidimensional human well-being, and its implications for specifying composite indices of well-being and inequality.
The research is motivated by questions about well-being distribution, the trade-offs individuals are willing to make between various dimensions of life, and how to represent these trade-offs in ways consistent with economic principles of fairness and preference heterogeneity.
