Lent term seminars 2011

LSE London's 2011 Lent term seminar series began on the 17th of January. As always, the general aim of the series is to cover topics that relate to the London economy and reflect research and other work going on in the capital. Presentations this year will focus on the implications of the current political climate for various aspects of the city's economy, and it will cover other pertinent themes such as the Thames Gateway, the suburbs, and airport policy.

Presenters included Academics and practitioners from relevant fields. Each seminar was chaired by one of the members of LSE London, while speaker’s presentations, available podcasts and any other related documents are posted here regularly after each session .

The seminar was held every Monday afternoon, throughout the Lent Term, from 4.30 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the New Academic Building, room 204, located at the LSE, map and directions| (PDF) downloadable here.
