The LSE London density debate, 19 June, 2006

The debate will focus on the costs and benefits of higher densities with the particular objective of updating our understanding on both principles and policy and looking to what might be defined as future success.

The main speakers in the debate include Sir Peter Hall, Anne Power, David Lunts and Christine Whitehead. Nick Raynsford will chair the event. There will also be comments from a range of people involved in policy and development, with plenty of time for general debate.

The event will begin with refreshments at 4pm. The debate itself will commence at 4.30 and finish at around 6.45.

This is an open and free event, entry is on a first come, first served basis.
