About me

Prior to joining the LSE, Billy received a Master in City Planning and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His academic background and professional exposure to design and research firms solidified his interests in affordable housing and urban development on the African continent. As part of his research project at the LSE, Billy focuses on the aspirations, the motivations, and the projects of housing cooperatives in Kigali, Rwanda.
